What is SYG
State Youth Games (SYG) is a massive Christian youth event held every year over the June long weekend. Thousands of young people from across Victoria gather to compete in team sports, worship God, camp out, and connect with their youth groups in a high-energy, faith-filled environment. Whether you’re a serious athlete or just keen to hang out and cheer on your mates, SYG is a space for all youth kids from year 7-12, and young adults up to 29 years old.

Accommodation Location: Community Church Warragul, 1–29 Wills St, Warragul
Dates: June 6–9, 2025 (King’s Birthday Long Weekend)
Time: Friday at 5:30pm- Monday 12pm.
Who: Year 7–12 students and young adults up to 29 years old.
Cost: $160–230 (includes meals, camping, merch, activities & transport)
Food: All meals provided from Friday dinner to Monday breakfast
Transport: Travel with our CCW leaders by bus and car
How to register
It’s important to know that registering for SYG is a 2-part process.
Both steps need to be completed to secure your spot for the weekend.
Step 1: SYG registration
To officially attend State Youth Games, you’ll need to register through the SYG website. This is where you’ll select your sports, and enter personal details such as medical/emergency details.
Step 2: SYG Payment & Merch portal
Head over to our CCW payment portal to pay for SYG and order your merch.
